About Us

UC Jesus | Uncomfortably Confident in Jesus is a Christ-centered ministry and brand representing a Christian’s journey in this fallen world as a believer in Jesus Christ.

It is uncomfortable to be a Christian in this fallen world. The Bible says in John 15:18 that the world will hate us if we love the Father because the world hated Jesus first.

According to Matthew 16:24, to follow Christ, we must deny ourselves, carry our cross, and fight our fleshly desires daily. If this does not make us uncomfortable, then we might have a red flag in our walk of faith.

The Apostle Paul was in a fight within when he said in Romans 7:15, "I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do." - it is a struggle. It is uncomfortable, yet we can find confidence in Jesus’ finished work that even though we feel uncomfortable, and sometimes even in pain, He is ALWAYS with us, and through Him, we will overcome the world.

1 John 5:4 says, “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” The reward and promise of being co-heirs include eternal glory and temporary suffering, which we shall count as joy. - James says in James 1:2, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds.”
